How can purchases be made from OfficeMax through SEAP?

  1. Select the desired product from the website and contact us at the email address: contact@officemax.ro.
  2. You will be contacted by phone immediately to verify and confirm the order.
  3. After order confirmation, the products will be made available on SICAP.
  4. We will notify you as soon as the products are posted on SICAP so that you can start electronic public procurement.
  5. After initiating the procurement, we will dispatch the products and send the invoice along with the warranty via email.
  6. Payments are made into the Treasury account specified on the invoice within the established payment terms.
