Shopping at Office Max is easy

Secure payment, 2-year conformity guarantee for consumers, and after-sales services available.

We offer multiple payment methods. Options may vary depending on device, browser, issuing country, currency, and account settings. Please choose from the options displayed at Checkout.

Accepted payment methods

1) Apple Pay

Available for compatible Apple devices. You can pay quickly and securely using Apple Pay at checkout.

2) Google Pay

Available for compatible devices and browsers. Pay simply and quickly with Google Pay at checkout.

3) Online card payment (VISA, MASTERCARD)

Pay online with your bank card. The communication of banking information and personal data is secure; we use SSL encryption for transmitting payment information.

Refunds: in case of returned products, the amount will be refunded to the same payment instrument used (according to the return procedure and policy).

4) Bank transfer (payment order) to commercial bank or Treasury account

This option is available where and when displayed at Checkout. Customers have 48 hours to pay for the order to IBAN accounts, in various currencies, in commercial banks or Treasury accounts.

How to pay correctly via bank transfer

  1. Place your order.
  2. Receive the proforma invoice by email with all payment details.
  3. Make the transfer and enter the order number in the "Payment details/Explanations" field.
  4. We begin preparing your order after payment validation by the finance department.

Operational recommendation: make the transfer as soon as possible, as stock may run out.

Important note for public procurement (Treasury)

If you are paying from the public sector via Treasury, use the Treasury account above and be sure to mention the order number in "Payment details/Explanations" for correct allocation of the payment.

B2B options (where contract exists)

For customers with a contract, payment terms may be available, exclusively based on the contractual agreement.
