Order delivery

The products sold by OfficeMax are delivered using express courier services.

All products are new and are delivered in the original packaging of the manufacturer.

The shipping cost for equipment to the specified delivery address is covered by our company in any locality in Romania, except for orders for equipment exceeding 3 meters or 100 kg, which are delivered for free only to the nearest Fan Courier office to the indicated delivery address.

The usual delivery time for products purchased and available in stock is 1 - 15 working days from the confirmation of your payment. To expedite the shipment of products from your order, please send us a copy of the Payment Order after each payment.

Important: The processing and confirmation of orders placed after 3:00 PM and those placed outside of working hours will be done on the next day or the first working day.

Before placing an order, please check the availability of the product on its presentation page.

After receiving the package, please inform us at the email address contact@officemax.ro within a maximum of 24 hours of any defects or missing accessories of the purchased products. After this period, the order is considered delivered in good condition, and any defects are subject to warranty claims or ordering new accessories if needed.
