How do I order?

 

Products available on OfficeMax can be ordered both online and at the e-mail address: shop@officemax.ro

1. Online

To place an online order you must create an account on the omax.ro website, if you do not already have one.

Step 1: After you have chosen the product you want, click on the " Add to cart " button. The window below will open where you can select the quantity and where the price with VAT of the product is visible:

Step 2: To see the selected products, click the " View Cart " button.

Step 3: After you have added all the products you want to buy to the cart, click the " View Cart " button, and then if you want to complete the order, click the " Complete Order " button.

Step 4: In the new page that will load, you will need to enter the exact delivery details, then press the button. "Continue to the delivery section".

 

 

Step 5: A page will open where you can recheck or modify the entered data, then you will need to press the button "Continue to the Payment section".

Step 6: In the new page that opens, you will have the opportunity to choose how you want to pay: by credit card or payment order.

If you have selected a bank card as your payment method, you will enter your card details in the section below:

 

 

After filling in your bank card details, press the button "Pay now."

If you do not want to pay by card, you can select the option "Payment order" . In this case, you will receive the proforma invoice for your order by e-mail and please reply to the email containing a copy of the payment order proving its execution.

2. By email

You can also send your request for your favorite products to the e-mail address: shop@officemax.ro.

You will be contacted by a sales representative who will help you establish order/delivery details.
