Professional Jabra headsets for office, hybrid, and operations

Choose the right Jabra headsets for every role in your company
We select Jabra headsets by role and real usage context, we do not dump the whole catalogue.
Evolve3 covers the 2026 premium AI segment for executives and professionals. Evolve2 is the core range for knowledge workers and hybrid work. Engage covers omnichannel support, call centre, reception and mobile operations across large floor areas.
We work B2B and B2G with invoicing, tailored volume quotes and pre-sales consultancy from real Jabra specialists.
Why Office Max for your Jabra headset procurement
- Premium Expert Partner Jabra in Romania - the highest level of Jabra certification available in the country. We work with a dedicated Jabra Category Manager, with direct access to the full range, corporate configurations and a manufacturer line.
- Selection by role and usage context - we recommend the right model for the real user (executive, knowledge worker, support agent, mobile supervisor), not the best-selling headset.
- Validated compatibility with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and the common softphones - clear filtering between MS and UC versions, and between Bluetooth, DECT and wired connection.
- Integrated B2B ordering - identification by CIF with ANAF data validation, automatic e-Factura, configurations on request for volume, up-to-date stock visibility from the Jabra supply channel.
- Samples for volume customers and a pilot on a small team - before the volume order, the chosen model is tested in the organisation's real conditions, on the key roles.

Quick decisions before ordering
Two questions that come up with every B2B purchase. A short answer, no encyclopaedia.
MS or UC?
| Version | When to choose |
|---|---|
| MS | Microsoft Teams is the main platform. Dedicated Teams button on the headset, native experience: raise hand, synchronised mute, status, Teams call control. Available functions depend on the combination of model + Jabra firmware + Teams client version. |
| UC | Mixed environment (Zoom + Teams + Google Meet + in-house softphone) or a non-Microsoft platform. General compatibility, no native Teams button. |
Bluetooth, DECT or Wired USB?
| Connectivity | When to choose |
|---|---|
| Bluetooth | Mobility at the office and on the move, laptop + mobile switching, short range (~10m). With a Jabra Link adapter for stable audio on the PC. |
| DECT | Extended range (up to 150m in open spaces), high user density, hardware security, industrial environment or call centre. |
| Wired USB | Fixed positions, controlled cost per head, reliability, simple rollout, no batteries and no radio management, a dedicated workstation. |

How we work on Jabra procurement
Our process for Jabra headset equipping projects is built around a real technical dialogue and predictable execution.
-
Technical qualification
The Jabra Category Manager discusses the organisation's real context: number of users, target roles, communication platform, preferred connectivity, estimated annual volume. We propose the right technical solution - with samples on the key roles where relevant.
-
Quote with improved pricing
With the technical solution confirmed and the fiscal details received (billing, delivery, contact), for projects that justify this channel we request commercial support from Jabra for a project quote and improved terms.
-
Offer with a firm delivery deadline
For complete requests, we get back within 4 working hours at most with confirmation of receipt and the next steps. When we are waiting for the manufacturer's reply, we communicate the time estimate as soon as we have sent the request. There is no need to buy everything at once - we work on phased equipping, according to the budget calendar and the organisation's projects.
Ready to choose the right solution?
Tell us the context: how many users, which roles, which communication platform you use. We propose the technical solution and an offer with a firm delivery deadline. We work with B2B invoicing, through SAP Ariba for corporate clients and through SEAP/SICAP for public procurement.
B2B requests are sent by email to sales@officemax.ro or through the form on the contact page, where the company's phone number is also shown. The Office Max team works in a hybrid setup, and each request is handled by the specialist suited to the context provided.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know if a Jabra headset is Microsoft Teams certified?
Jabra headsets for Teams come in two forms: MS version (Teams certified, with a dedicated Teams button on the headset and a native experience - raise hand, synchronised mute, status) and UC version (Teams compatible but without the native experience, optimised for mixed environments with several platforms).
See the collection of Microsoft Teams certified Jabra headsets.
What is the difference between the MS version and the UC version of the same model?
The hardware is identical. The difference is in the firmware and the Teams button: the MS version is certified and optimised for Microsoft Teams as the main platform, with a dedicated button that responds directly to Teams actions. The UC version is universal, recommended when you use several platforms (Teams + Zoom + Google Meet + in-house softphone) or when Teams is not the main platform.
Which connectivity should I choose - Bluetooth, DECT or wired?
Bluetooth for mobility at the office and short trips (range ~10m), frequent switching between laptop and mobile. DECT for extended range (up to 150m), high user density, hardware security, call centre or industrial operations. Wired USB for fixed positions, controlled cost per head, simple rollout, maximum reliability.
How do you handle B2B, SEAP and SICAP procurement?
We work with B2B invoicing, a tailored volume offer and we are present in the SEAP/SICAP catalogue with the documentation required for public procurement. For corporate procurement, we also prepare a standardisation proposal (2-3 Jabra models covered per organisation), a pilot before rollout, and an implementation plan with management through Jabra Xpress.
Send your request through the B2B quote form or write directly to the sales team.
What warranty do Jabra headsets bought from Office Max have?
The standard Jabra commercial warranty for the current range is 24 months, with the option to extend through additional services. Certain older models still come with a standard 36-month warranty, but that is no longer the active policy on the current range.
For large organisations, Jabra also offers corporate warranty options directly with extended coverage - we make the connection on request, as part of the B2B offer.
Can I buy a single headset or only in volume?
Yes, we also sell individually through the online store for individuals or one-off purchases. For organisations with volume needs (10+ headsets, rollout, standardisation), we prepare a tailored offer with progressive discount and an implementation plan - it is worth contacting us directly instead of buying from the store.
Do you hold stock or work to order?
We display availability with visibility into the Jabra supply channel right on each product page - not just our own store stock. That means you can see what is actually available for delivery, including models and variants that an ordinary retailer cannot source quickly.
For B2B procurement we confirm the exact availability and delivery time within the tailored offer, depending on model, volume and distribution availability.
Do you offer technical assistance for implementation in the organisation?
Yes. For B2B/corporate clients we offer pre-sales consultancy (selection by role, validation of compatibility with the communication platform), support for a pilot before rollout and recommendations for management through Jabra Direct, Jabra Xpress or Jabra+ for end users. We hold the concrete technical discussion after the offer is initiated.
Can we test the models before a volume order?
Yes. For volume customers we offer samples for the organisation's key roles, and for large rollouts we can propose a pilot on a limited team before the full order. The samples are intended for testing in real usage conditions; they are not a purchase with a right of return. The concrete conditions (models, period, number of units) we set in the technical qualification step, depending on the project.
What is the delivery time for a volume order?
The delivery time depends on model, volume and distribution availability at the moment the order is confirmed. For projects that justify this channel, we request commercial support from Jabra for a project quote and improved terms - in the offer received we confirm a firm delivery deadline. For phased orders we align deliveries with the budget calendar and the organisation's projects.
