Waste resulting from EEE (generically called WEEE) must not be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste, as there is a legal obligation to collect it selectively, because it pollutes the environment and can implicitly have harmful effects on human health.
When supplying a new product, Office Max can take back WEEE in a "one-to-one" system, free of charge, under the same conditions as those for the delivery of the new product, if the equipment is of equivalent type and has performed the same functions as the new equipment supplied.
